Your Medgluv Contract Account, Pricing & Online Ordering
Existing Medgluv contract, GPO, government, health system, and institutional customers can use their organization account to access the purchasing relationship associated with their company.
If your organization already buys from Medgluv, sign in before placing an order or creating a new account. Your existing relationship may include assigned pricing, approved locations, authorized buyers, or other account-specific purchasing arrangements.
Do Not Create a Separate Purchasing Path Unless You Need One
If your organization already purchases from Medgluv, your company may already exist in our system with pricing, locations, or purchasing access associated with it.
Creating an unrelated new account can make it harder to connect you with the correct organization, pricing, and locations. If you are unsure which account to use, contact Medgluv and we can help confirm the correct setup.
Your Login Connects You to Your Organization
Contract and institutional customers may purchase through a company account rather than through a standard individual customer relationship. The organization can include one or more locations and authorized people who are allowed to purchase on its behalf.
Organization Account
Your purchasing relationship can be associated with the company, health system, agency, institution, or other approved organization.
Authorized Buyers
Approved people can be connected to the organization so they can purchase for the appropriate company or location.
Company Locations
Organizations with multiple facilities or delivery points can have purchasing locations associated with the same company relationship.
Assigned Pricing
Eligible contract or organizational pricing can be associated with the approved company purchasing structure.
One Organization Can Support Multiple Buyers & Locations
Larger organizations often have several people purchasing for different departments, facilities, or delivery locations. Those buyers do not necessarily need separate unrelated company accounts.
Medgluv can connect approved people and purchasing locations to the appropriate organization so the online account reflects the way the customer actually buys.
Multiple authorized buyers can purchase on behalf of the same organization.
Multiple locations can be associated with a company or institutional purchasing relationship.
Location-specific purchasing can help keep ordering aligned with the correct facility or shipping destination.
New buyers or locations can be added when an organization's purchasing needs change.
Signed-In Customers May See Pricing Assigned to Their Organization
Public website pricing and contract customer pricing are not necessarily the same thing. Approved institutional customers can have pricing associated with their organization and purchasing relationship.
When to Contact Medgluv Before Ordering
If your organization already has an established purchasing relationship, it is usually better to correct the existing account setup than to create a new independent account.
