Return Policy
Quick Summary
Most unopened, unused, resalable products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization from MedGluv.
Because MedGluv sells disposable gloves, PPE, and other safety-sensitive products, we cannot accept standard returns on opened gloves, opened PPE, damaged packaging, partial boxes, used products, special-order items, clearance items, final-sale items, or products that may have been contaminated, altered, or improperly stored.
Due to infection-control, contamination, and PPE safety concerns, opened or partially used boxes of gloves or PPE cannot be returned for standard return credit — even if only one glove or item was used. Exceptions may apply only for verified MedGluv errors, manufacturer defects, recalls, or shipping damage reported within the required timeframe.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
All returns require approval before being sent back.
Overview
At MedGluv, we want every order to arrive accurately, safely, and in the condition you expect. Because we sell disposable gloves, personal protective equipment, and other safety-sensitive products, returns must be handled carefully to protect product integrity, hygiene, and compliance.
Please review this Return Policy before placing your order. By purchasing from MedGluv, you agree to the terms below.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved by MedGluv before any product is sent back.
To request a return, contact us at sales@medgluv.com within the applicable return window. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused, returned to sender, discarded, or denied credit.
Issuing a Return Authorization number does not guarantee a refund or credit. Final approval is subject to receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet all requirements in this policy.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may be denied.
Eligible Returns
A product may be eligible for return only if it is:
- Unopened;
- Unused;
- In its original manufacturer packaging;
- In clean, resalable condition;
- Not damaged, marked, written on, relabeled, stickered, or altered;
- Not expired or close to expiration;
- Not a final-sale, clearance, custom, special-order, bulk-quoted, or non-returnable item;
- Returned with an approved Return Authorization number; and
- Received by MedGluv within the timeframe provided in the return instructions.
MedGluv reserves the right to deny credit for any product that does not meet these requirements.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened boxes or cases of gloves;
- Opened PPE or safety-sensitive products;
- Used products;
- Products with broken seals, breached packaging, damaged packaging, or missing packaging;
- Products that have been marked, stickered, relabeled, written on, repackaged, or altered;
- Products not in original manufacturer packaging;
- Products that are expired or have less than 6 months of shelf life remaining;
- Products that show signs of contamination, improper storage, moisture exposure, heat exposure, tampering, or damage;
- Clearance, closeout, discontinued, final-sale, or promotional items marked non-returnable;
- Special-order, custom-order, bulk-quoted, or non-stock items;
- Products returned in unsalable units of measure, including partial cases, partial boxes, or incomplete packs;
- Hazardous, regulated, restricted, or temperature-sensitive items, if applicable;

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, MedGluv cannot accept standard returns of opened disposable gloves or PPE. Exceptions may apply only when the issue involves a verified MedGluv error, manufacturer defect, recall, or shipping damage reported within the required timeframe.
Damaged, Missing, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Any damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to MedGluv within 3 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the outer shipping box;
- Photos of the inner product packaging;
- Photos of the product itself;
- Photos of the packing materials;
- Photos of the shipping label;
- A clear description of the issue;
- The quantity affected;
- Lot number and expiration date, if applicable.
No credit, replacement, or refund will be issued for damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect-item claims without clear supporting documentation, including photos when requested.
Please keep all products, boxes, packaging, and packing materials until the issue is resolved. The carrier, supplier, or manufacturer may require inspection.
If a damage, shortage, defect, or shipping error is not reported within the required timeframe, MedGluv may be unable to issue a refund, replacement, credit, or carrier claim assistance.
MedGluv Shipping Errors
If MedGluv shipped the wrong item, wrong quantity, or an item you did not order, we will work quickly to correct the issue.
Approved returns due to verified MedGluv error may be eligible for replacement, refund, credit, and/or prepaid return shipping, at MedGluv’s discretion.
The issue must be reported within 3 business days of delivery, and the product must be returned in the condition received unless MedGluv instructs otherwise in writing.
Products that are opened, used, damaged, discarded, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit.
Defective Products
Defective products may be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit after review.
Depending on the product and manufacturer, we may request photos, lot numbers, expiration dates, packaging images, or additional documentation before approving a replacement, refund, or return.
Some defect claims may need to be reviewed by the manufacturer before credit or replacement can be issued.
If a product is confirmed defective after inspection or manufacturer review, MedGluv may provide a replacement, refund, credit, prepaid return label, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the situation.
If no defect is found, the customer may be responsible for all return shipping costs, and no refund or credit may be issued.
Products claimed as defective must not be discarded unless MedGluv instructs you to do so in writing.
Recalls
If a product is subject to a manufacturer recall or safety notice, MedGluv will follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable legal requirements.
Remedies may vary depending on the recall, product, lot number, purchase date, and manufacturer policy.
Customers may be required to provide photos, lot numbers, expiration dates, proof of purchase, or other documentation.
Customer-Ordered Errors
If you ordered the wrong product, size, material, color, quantity, or case count, the product may be eligible for return only if it meets all return requirements.
Customer-error returns are subject to approval and may be subject to:
- Return shipping paid by the customer;
- Original shipping charges being non-refundable;
- A restocking fee of up to 20%;
- Denial of credit if the product is not received in resalable condition.
This includes situations where the product was ordered incorrectly, no longer needed, over-ordered, incompatible with the customer’s intended use, or ordered in the wrong size, material, color, or quantity.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees as follows:
| Return Type | Restocking Fee |
|---|---|
| MedGluv shipping error | No restocking fee |
| Verified defective product | No restocking fee |
| Carrier damage reported within the required timeframe | No restocking fee |
| Customer ordered wrong item, wrong size, wrong material, wrong quantity, or no longer needs product | Up to 20% |
| Large-volume, bulk, special-order, or special-handling return | Up to 25% or as quoted |
| Unauthorized return | No credit issued |
Shipping charges, handling charges, expedited shipping charges, freight charges, and special-service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified MedGluv error or otherwise required by law.
Return Shipping
For approved returns due to customer ordering error, changed mind, over-ordering, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For approved returns due to MedGluv error, verified defect, or qualifying shipping damage, MedGluv may provide a prepaid return label, replacement shipment, refund, credit, or other resolution, depending on the issue.
MedGluv is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or sent to the wrong address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Refunds or credits for refused, undeliverable, or returned shipments are subject to product condition, product eligibility, and MedGluv approval.
If the product is not eligible for return or is received in non-resalable condition, no refund or credit may be issued.
Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact MedGluv as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, submitted to a supplier, prepared for fulfillment, or assigned to a warehouse for shipment, it may not be eligible for cancellation.
Special-order, bulk, custom, quoted, non-stock, or supplier-direct items may not be cancelable once processing has begun.
